VENUE REQUIRES COACH COMPANY NAME W/SCHL NAME IN ADVANCE & NEED WINDSCREEN SIGNS ON COACHES TO IDENTIFY SCHLS -IMPORTANT TO SPECIFY WHICH EVENT. Should there be more than 13 coaches, the venue will need to liaise with local council to put a coaching operation in place. So as much notice on coach details as possible is greatly appreciated.
